The Chippewa Falls Area Chamber of Commerce is here for the benefit of its members. Our Chamber staff and 2008 Board of Directors is charged with the mission to improve the quality of life in our community and promote the business interests of our members.

2007 was full of many challenges and opportunities which the Chamber handled very successfully. We have great expectations in 2008. To add value to your participation in the Chamber, the following are a few of the areas which will be emphasized in 2008:

• Expand use of the Certifichecks program to support shopping in member businesses.
• Continue to provide support for the transition of the fairgrounds and help increase utilization of the facility.
• Work with the city of Chippewa Falls on the Riverfront Development.
• Work with local government and business to address wastewater issues.

And of course, continue to handle the myriad of issues which pop up and are of concern to our members. We will continue to do the things most people think just happen.

Chippewa Falls: a nice place to live or visit and a great place to raise a family or build a business.
