Community Health Assessment Survey

The Community Health Assessment (CHA) currently underway for Chippewa County.  The assessment is done every three years through a partnership with health systems, health departments, and local organizations. We complete it as the Chippewa Valley, but each county receives its own individualized assessment at the end. The results directly shape programs and resources in our community over the next several years.

A few ideas we had on how workplaces could support the assessment include:

• Share the survey link with employees (https://qrco.de/cha2026e)
• Post in newsletters, break rooms, or internal communications
• Allow a few minutes of work time for staff to complete it (it takes about 5 minutes)
• Any other ideas you might have, especially as you know your members best

The survey is open through the end of October, and all responses are anonymous. I am happy to send over flyers, a short blurb for newsletters, or whatever's easiest for you to share, depending on your interest and what would be helpful.
