60 years ago Ervin L. Smith and his wife Louise founded a new company to serve HVAC customers in the Chippewa Valley with a friendly voice to receive calls. From the beginning, Erv and Louise built their businesses on honesty, genuine care, and the value of customer relationships. Today, those business practices continue at Erv Smith Services building a strong tradition of exceptional customer service. We are honored to be voted the #1 Heating & Cooling Provider in the Chippewa Valley for the 8th year in a row!
