Business After Hours (BAH)
Business After Hours events are held throughout the year to bring members together for a causal networking experience at the end of the workday. Member businesses that host these events are given the opportunity to highlight their business. Generally held on the fourth Monday of the month.

Excellence in Education recognizes the top 5% of graduating seniors from both Chippewa Falls high schools. Education and business leaders join students and parents during this banquet to celebrate student accomplishments and honor their favorite educators.

The Farmer Appreciation Dinner is an annual dinner that recognizes the farming community’s impact on our local economy. More than 2,000 business leaders, community members, and farm families participate in this event each year.

Leadership Chippewa Falls
Leadership Chippewa Falls is designed to help emerging and established professionals grow as leaders while building meaningful connections across our community. Through interactive sessions, local insights, and shared experiences, participants gain a deeper understanding of Chippewa Falls and surrounding areas, their own leadership style, and the impact they can make. Participants are acquainted with the realities, opportunities, and challenges of Chippewa Falls and leave with new relationships, fresh perspectives, and a stronger connection to the community they live and work in. T/he program runs October through May, meeting the third Thursday of each month. Each session if a half-day, beginning at 7:15 AM and ending at 12:00 PM, with the last session taking place 12:30-5:30 pm, followed by a recognition banquet. Participants are also placed into groups and will complete a community impact project.
2026-27 program applications are due July 31. Applicants will be notififed of their acceptance after this deadline.
