Citizens State Bank Announces Cadott Branch Reopening, Lake Wissota Remodel, and Cornell Saturday Hours Update

Cadott, WI – December 4, 2025 – Citizens State Bank is proud to announce several important updates to its branch network as part of its ongoing commitment to modern, customer-focused banking experiences.

Cadott Branch Remodel Completion

Construction at the Cadott Branch, located at 505 S Main Street, will conclude in the second week of December. The newly remodeled branch will officially reopen on December 15, 2025, offering a modernized, full-service facility designed for convenience, technology integration, and an enhanced customer experience.

New Hours of Operation – Cadott Branch (505 S Main Street):

• Lobby: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Drive-Up: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

The Cadott Headquarters at 304 N Main Street will remain open only for safe deposit box access, with lobby hours Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

Lake Wissota Branch Remodel

Beginning December 15, 2025, the Lake Wissota Branch will undergo a remodel, with completion anticipated in May 2026. To prepare, the branch will close at 4:00 PM on December 12, 2025 and will reopen following the project’s completion.

During construction, customers are encouraged to visit:

• Eagle Point Branch (Chippewa Falls) – open normal business hours and Saturdays to serve the Chippewa market.
• Cadott Branch (newly remodeled) – now open with expanded services.

Following the remodel of Lake Wissota, the Eagle Point Branch is scheduled to close permanently.

Cornell Branch Saturday Hours Update

Effective January 3, 2026, the Cornell Branch will no longer be open on Saturdays. Customers are encouraged to take advantage of Saturday banking services at the Cadott Branch and within the Chippewa market (Eagle Point during the Lake Wissota remodel, and Lake Wissota once reopened).

Customers will continue to have access to convenient ATM services and online banking for everyday transactions, ensuring flexibility and ease of access outside of regular branch hours.
