New Healthy Chippewa County Grant Opportunity Available
CHIPPEWA COUNTY, WI – The Community Foundation of Chippewa County is pleased to announce the launch of the Healthy Chippewa County (HCC) grant cycle.

This new funding opportunity is supported by endowed funds established through the transfer of assets from the former HSHS St. Joseph’s Hospital Foundation. Grants will be awarded to organizations serving Chippewa County with programs that address health needs and improve overall community well-being.

Funding will prioritize initiatives that meet current community health needs, while also reducing health disparities. It will also support AODA services, home health and hospice care, financial assistance for health care, and services supporting women and infants. Areas such as the arts, community development, animal care, and general education are not eligible. Grant funds may not be used for
abortion, contraception, assisted suicide, IVF, or embryonic stem cell research.

Grant awards will range from $20,000 to $35,000 each across the program areas.
