Sixth Annual Chippewa Valley Ag Conference Set for February 19

Local agriculture producers are encouraged to attend the Chippewa Valley Ag Conference, which will be held from 9 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. on Thursday, February 19 at Florian Gardens, 2340 Lorch Ave. in Eau Claire. The conference features a keynote address, timely and topical breakout sessions, a panel discussion from ag professionals, and networking with peers.

Security Financial Bank (SFB) is proud to bring local ag producers together to learn from experts and network with each other as they prepare for the season ahead, stated Jenny Jereczek, SFB’s director of ag and commercial banking.

“Security Financial Bank is a longtime supporter of agricultural industry, and we believe this conference delivers real value for ag producers as they continue to improve their operations,” Jereczek said.

During the lunch break, attendees will listen to a keynote session by Matt Reardon, a senior atmospheric scientist for Nutrien Ag Solutions about navigating weather extremes and the growing season ahead.

In addition to the keynote session, the conference will include three breakout sessions, lunch, panel discussion, and time to visit with exhibitors. Attendees will be able to choose from sessions ranging from financial management, local regulations, seed quality, and even robotics. A full conference brochure including detailed information on each breakout session is available at agconferencebooklet.
