Career Development Center Hosts 100 Nights of Shelter Fundraiser
The L.E Phillips Career Development Center is gathering sponsors for 100 Nights of Shelter, a fundraiser to pay for shelter for those in need in Chippewa County for the next 100 winter days. More sponsors are needed to reach 100 days, so you are encouraged to donate using the following link: bit.ly/CDC100nights.

With the cold weather that is quickly approaching, shelter for individuals experiencing homelessness is a great need as there is no homeless shelter in Chippewa County. The Outreach Office is reaching out to the community to raise money for motel vouchers to help those in need. The cost for a motel room is $80.00/per night. All proceeds will benefit individuals experiencing homelessness in Chippewa County. The goal is to raise money for motel rooms for emergency shelter

The L.E. Phillips CDC Chippewa County Outreach Office is located in downtown Chippewa Falls. This office specializes in homelessness prevention and helping those who may be in crisis. The services offered at the Chippewa County Outreach Office provide a valuable resource to those in need within the community.

During operating hours Outreach staff is available to provide help in accessing local support resources like housing, food, and needed items. We provide a safe space for those experiencing crisis by offering a listening ear as well as support and resources within their local Chippewa Falls Community.

Donate using this link to support the local unsheltered population and give them a place to stay during the cold winter months.
