WIN Technology to host Imagine Summit STEM-related event at CVTC

WIN Technology is pleased to offer the Imagine Summit, an event designed to introduce female-identifying students in the Chippewa Valley and surrounding areas to STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) and STEM-related careers.

The Eau Claire-based fiber-optic network and managed information technology services provider first offered a half-day of programming in 2022 to 30 students, with the long-term goal of increasing diversity in STEM. This year, WIN colleagues are expecting about 100 students from eight school districts, including Eau Claire, as well as many from rural communities like New Auburn and Cadott. 

WHAT: Imagine Summit, a STEM-related event for female-identifying students

WHEN: 9:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 28

WHERE: Chippewa Valley Technical College, Business Education Center, 610 Clairemont Ave., Eau Claire

WHO: Nearly 100 students from more than eight school districts throughout the Chippewa Valley 

 

Students will have an opportunity to learn about coding, networking, cybersecurity, CVTC and CESA 10 career pathways and more!
